For lunch this week, the DNA staff decided to go to Grant Street Tavern, a quaint hidden gem in The Grant Building. The establishment has all the great makings of a charming neighborhood pub: an expansive polished oak bar, friendly staff who address you by your name and an Irish touch that is ever present in their twinkling green lights, hanging Irish flags and bagpipe decorations.
Arepittas Brings Authentic Venezuelan Street Food to Cherry Way
According to the National Society for Environmental Information, Pittsburgh is one of the cloudiest cities in the nation. Among the gloomy haze, the cheery yellow facade of Arepittas has been brightening up Cherry Way and the Downtown Pittsburgh food scene since 2019 with their traditional Venezuelan street food offerings.

As one of four Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group establishments on Sixth Street (the others are Taco, Butcher and the Rye and gi-jin, along with Meat and Potatoes just around the corner) we were excited to patronize Sally Ann's.
Mayor’s Happy Hour is Now October 10th
