Best Dish We Ate This Week: Buon Giorno Cafe

Yesterday, the DNA staff had lunch at Buon Giorno Cafe. The three staff members selected the chicken and pesto wrap, the chicken caesar salad, and the eggplant parmesan sandwich.

The chicken in the wrap was extremely tender, balanced out by the flavorful but light tortilla that held the entree together. While the chicken in the caesar salad was also just as tender, it also had rich caesar dressing drizzled on top to give the salad a tang to it. Both the wrap and the sandwich came with a side of risotto that had vegetables grilled to perfection. The same could be said for the eggplant parmesan on the sandwich, as it was packed with flavor.
