Downtown Dining Highlight: Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse

Located in the Union Trust Building, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse is a two-story restaurant offering chef-driven cuisine, award-winning wine, specialty cocktails, live music, and exceptional hospitality. Del Frisco’s has locations in Texas, New York, Massachusetts, and more. The Downtown Pittsburgh location was established in 2022 and has since received a cascade of support and success.

Del Frisco’s has a lunch menu featuring entrees like the Steakhouse Salad with sliced filet

mignon and the Chirashi Cobb Salad with sesame seared tuna, octopus, and jumbo shrimp. Handhelds include the Del’s Cheeseburger and Wagyu Cheesesteak. Other entrees include the Pan Roasted Arka Salmon with Santorini beans, Chicken Piccata dressed in lemon caper sauce, and Filet Medallions paired with chateau mashed potatoes. 

On the main menu, guests can choose from chilled and hot entrees, salads and soups, steaks and chops, and a variety of tasty enhancements, side dishes, and desserts. Chilled meals include Caviar Service, Beef Carpaccio, and King Crab Rainbow Roll. Hot dishes include Del’s Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Shanghai-style fried Calamari, and Charred Octopus. If you’re in the mood for a salad, check out the fresh Del’s Salad or the Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Salad.

Del Frisco’s serves USDA Prime Steaks including a Filet Mignon, Prime Ribeye, and Prime Porterhouse. They also serve Japanese a5 Wagyu Steak, Dry-Aged Prime Strip, and Prime Ribeye. Entrees include Seared Chilean Sea Bass, Roasted Half Chicken, Surf and Turf Filet Trio, and Double Bone Lamb Chops.

For sides, you can choose from delicious Lobster Macaroni and Cheese, Sweet Potato Casserole with marshmallow and pecan crumble, Truffle French Fries, and more. Desserts include Strawberry Hibiscus Cheesecake, Tiramisu Creme Brulee, and Chocolate Mousse Cake.

To compliment your dining experience, ask for a delightful handcrafted cocktail or a glass of wine from their luxurious wine lists. Cocktails include the Anejo Old Fashioned with Cincoro Añejo Tequila, the Strawberry Rose Sidecar with Branson V.S.O.P Grande Champagne Cognac, and The VIP with New Amsterdam Tangerine Orange Vodka and Golden Pineapple. Hungry for a quick bite at the bar? Check out their bar menu with elevated small dishes such as Wagyu Beef Sliders, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, and Shrimp Cocktail.

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse at the Union Trust Building is open 4-9 pm Sundays, 11:30 am-9 pm Mondays through Thursdays, and 4-10 pm Fridays and Saturdays.
