Revel All Night at The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust's 2023 Cosmopolitan Pittsburgh

By Layla Joseph

Travel back in time and to the Greer Cabaret Theater on Oct. 28 for a night full of Great Gatsby inspired glam, drinks and fundraising for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s 2023 Cosmopolitan Pittsburgh.

Guests can indulge in an elegant evening featuring music, bites, libations, art and a “modern take on the art deco inspired design” of the Greer Cabaret.

This fundraising event will not only allow you to experience a memorable night, but will support the Trust as the organization continues to provide educational programs, free festivals and engage with the Pittsburgh community.

A pair of tickets for the event cost $300; however, both tickets include not only an extravagant night at the newly renovated Greer Cabaret Theatre but also a one year partner membership with Pittsburgh Cultural Trust.

The partner membership includes perks like future date nights at complimentary member events, pre-sale tickets to select performances, special discounts and the digital newsletter.

Current members receive a discount for ticket prices, bringing the total for two tickets to $250.

Local mixologists will be hand-crafting cocktails accompanied by sweet and savory fare created by local chefs from your favorite Pittsburgh kitchens.

In addition to an array of art and music, entertainment will be provided by acclaimed magician, Mr. Messado, from Liberty Magic and a fashion performance by Pittsburgh-based designer Brian David.

Enjoy your Halloweekend by committing to the bit and dressing the part. The dress code for this event encourages guests to dress in “vintage or modern art deco-inspired cocktail attire,” staying with the old-hollywood like theme.

For guest looking who don’t have anything in their closet that fits into the style, there are a plethora of options available online for as low as $40. For those who would like to shop local, check out some Pittsburgh boutiques like Fresh Nostalgia for your vintage-style cocktail attire.
