Tom's Watch Bar Brings "All The Sports, All The Time" To The North Shore

By Olivia Miller

If you’re a diehard Pittsburgh sports fan, you know that there is no worse feeling than not being able to see your favorite teams play in the enormous Acrisure Stadium or picturesque PNC Park. However, a new bar opened just steps away from both stadiums providing Yinzers with an experience that rivals being in the stadiums.

With locations all around the country, Tom’s Watch Bar opened up its first Pennsylvania location on the North Shore last week on August 8th. With plush seating, over 9700 square feet of space, and an extensive food and drink menu, the establishment is breaking away from traditional sports bar norms.

What makes Tom’s Watch Bar unique, as the name might imply, is the watching experience. Their 360-degree viewing room rivals that of any sports bar or venue and features hundreds of high-definition TVs lining the walls. Personalized audio is available at every table so each party can tune into the game of their choice. The 9700 square foot facility can accommodate over 600 guests in both its indoor pub area and outside patio.

As expansive as the establishment is, the watching possibilities at Tom’s are endless. They play games from the NFL, NBA, WNBA, NHL, MLB, NCAA football and basketball, MLS soccer championship, bowl games, World Cup Soccer, UFC fights, boxing, English Premier League (EPL), LaLiga, and even other niche sports. They also offer unique opportunities to meet and mingle with sports royalty at their special Tom’s Watch Parties which include mascots, cheerleaders, and a special menu along with meet and greets.

"We know Pittsburgh fans bleed black and gold and now they have the chance to watch their favorite teams in America's finest sports bar," said Co-founder Tom Ryan. "Our highly curated 360-degree viewing screenplay, premium sound system and watch party calendar will offer sports fans a game day headquarters to watch their favorite team's home and away games. And, the expansive bar offerings and modern menu are designed with all fans in mind."

Tom’s Watch Bar is open from Monday to Thursday, 4 p.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m,, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
