An Evening in Chile: A Wine & Dinner Experience at The Commoner

Prepare for an unforgettable night of flavor and elegance at The Commoner’s Dinner Series: Wines of Chile. On May 6th, guests are invited to explore the bold, diverse wines of Chile alongside a six-course menu crafted by three-time James Beard nominee, Executive Chef Dave Racicot.

This exclusive dinner will take you on a tasting tour through Chile’s breathtaking wine regions, from the Andes Mountains to the Copiapó Valley and the coastal vineyards of the Pacific. Each course has been thoughtfully paired to highlight the complexity and richness of the wines, creating a dining experience that is both elevated and immersive.

Throughout the evening, Chilean Wine Ambassador Italo Jofre will offer personal insights into the origins, flavors, and history behind each wine. His tableside commentary adds a thoughtful layer to the tasting journey, deepening your connection to the vineyard with every glass.

This event will be held in The Commoner’s exclusive private dining room, offering a refined yet relaxed ambiance with space for just twelve guests. With tables reserved for groups of up to four, the setting is designed for both comfort and connection.

Tickets are $190 per guest. Reservations are required in advance!
