Downtown Date Night: Feel The Magic at Liberty Magic

Pittsburgh’s nightlife gives a sense of enhancement all on its own, but for those who want to enhance Pittsburgh’s charm and find true magic in the city, look no further than Liberty Magic.

When going on a date, it's best to avoid deception, but when visiting Liberty Magic on Liberty Avenue participants should suspend their disbelief.

Two general admission tickets will land just under $100 but occupy 70 minutes of your time. Attendees will witness an elevated and intimate magic experience with professional magician Jimmy Ichihana.

While he wouldn’t be popular at Rivers Casino, Ichiana impressed the audience of America’s Got Talent. The Orlando based card magician has traveled the world to perform and perfect his magical technique.

With weekly performances in the evenings Wednesday through Sunday, there is plenty of availability to witness Ichihana before his last show on August 13.

There is no mandatory dress code but Liberty Magic encourages guests to dress in cocktail attire to enhance the whimsical vibe of the speakeasy.

Drinks are not served at the venue on Liberty, but drinking alcoholic beverages is permitted for a $5 corkage fee.

Stop by Fine Wine and Good Spirits on Liberty Avenue to grab a bottle of wine or a six-pack and enjoy a quick 4 minute city stroll before heading to the venue to indulge in drinks and a show.

With Liberty Magic located in the heart of Downtown, the hardest place about finding somewhere to eat is choosing where to go.

After the show, let the magic continue and mosy to Alchemy Bar and Kitchen to sip on uniquely crafted cocktails with a kick of fantasy and science.

This molecular gastronomy themed restaurant and bar will allow you to choose from dishes that are catered to please the eye and taste buds while continuing the charming and intimate theme introduced at Liberty Magic.
